OpenText ALM Control

ROLE: STORYBOARD ARTIST AND LEAD MOTION DESIGNER

OpenText Application Lifecycle Management was an app used by a large portion of our clients, but was due for a bit of a visual update. When the app itself was being given a bit of a design overhaul and fresh coat of paint, I was tasked as the lead motion designer to help highlight these changes and what the updated app can do for people, as well as introduce those new to the field to what it's purpose is.

That was the goal I took this project on with: to show customers new and old a concise overview of the new ALM Control app's redesign, and to more closely tie the app to OpenText's strong signature branding. I worked closely with the scriptwriters to ensure the language used wasn't too overly technical and to keep it inviting to newcomers while using bold typography, intuitive iconography, and strong blues and whites, to create that OpenText signature branded feel as I animated this project and told the story behind the app.
