Claims Connect 2018

ROLE: STORYBOARD ARTIST AND LEAD MOTION DESIGNER

In 2018, Symbility (the parent company to Intersect) had just finished rebranding it's popular Claims Connect app, and so this project was brought to me in order to communicate the new features to existing customers, and to entice new ones to give it a chance. I was provided a script that touched all the points they wanted highlighted and I took on my usual role as the storyboarder and lead motion designer for this project.

Claims Connect was a fixture of the Symbility platform, and arguably their main product, so this project being visually engaging while delivering on all the key touchpoints was very important. We wanted to highlight the app's ability to help smooth out the insurance claims workflow and its ability to improve property claims, claim tracking, and workflow while making the whole package feel more human and accessible. Because of that, I steered the visual identity for this one towards a warmer palette, smooth character animation, and big, round shapes to match the brighter colours, softer edges, and more welcoming atmosphere of the new Claims Connect app.
