ROLE: STORYBOARD ARTIST AND LEAD MOTION DESIGNER

This project was a pitch to Lush cosmetics for an idea we had to create an app ecosystem for their consumers - offering rewards, benefits, and other fun perks for being a part of the experience. We put together the wireframes and mockups of the app's design and flow, which were then handed off to me to work with the writers to come up with a script to tell the story of this app. Similar to the WestJet pitch, we wanted the design and flow of the video to reflect the clients they were targeting - bold, colourful, fun people who appreciate aesthetics. Similar to their consumers, I mirrored those qualities in the motion and method of telling the story in this pitch - using bold, dynamic motion and eye-catching typography to draw in the viewer, I pulled out all the stops in walking the viewer through the app experience and a bold new visual direction for the brand.
